Help!-Turkey is too salty from brining!

I would try adding a bit of sugar and a bit of acid to your gravy to counteract the saltiness of the turkey.

 

If you're adventurous, you could try this remedy.

 

Thanks for the suggestion but luckily I didn't need it. The turkey was great. It seemed like it needed to sit for awhile and then it was fine. It wasn't that salty after it rested. Either way, my MIL didn't like it but that's not a surprise.
