Mama Lynx
Are any of you using it with kids at different levels? How do you manage that?
Tina in WA
I would highly encourage you to contact Barb directly. I am using it for 4 children 1st-7th and basically wanted this for appreciation, not an art program (we use Atelier). She asked me questions, I told her what I was looking for and based upon that she recommend a level I can use with all my kids. :D I know after I complete this level, I will just jump around to suit what ever era I feel like covering. Lisawa
Are any of you using it with kids at different levels? How do you manage that? Not yet, and I only have 2 peeps... Jr. High and Sr. high... I will be using artistic pursuits with it.... I plan on using 2 guides and 2 books, but my children are older and can be somewhat independent from me. I know my high schooler can... I have an interest in art myself right now, so I know I will tag along..... I would combine where you can... but like Tina said I would email Barb... She’s great! Barb look under contact :001_smile:
Suzannah
I've also been trying to figure this out. My two are 5 years apart, but DD really enjoys being involved in whatever the older one is doing. I saw someone recommend buying the lower level and just requiring more of the older child. But with the large age difference we have, I think I'm going to get the higher level and just allow my 1st grader to join in with us as she is able. I mainly want it for music and art appreciation, but if and when we are able to do practical art lessons I hope to incorporate it.
