farmgirlinwv
I'm looking for some extras for dd, age 12. Would appreciate any input of things you've tried and enjoyed. So many times I buy these downloads and when I get them they're not for us. Any topic. Basically anything you think is worth the $$. Thanks! dsmith
So far, my best purchases have been History Pockets Ancient Civilizations, Trailguide to World Geography, Ancient Egyptians and Their Neighbors, and various notebooking pages. My son also enjoys the handwriting books from LightHome Publications. I've also had a lot of misses, but I love the free download every week! Hope to read more replies! farmgirlinwv
Thanks! We are studying Civil War this year. I agree HP are great! I need to look at Critical Thinking though. We are not covering that at all this year. I also love notebooking and will check those out. Keep any ideas coming!

Tam101
I use Math Mammoth as well, I'll have to check out Science Jim! I'm on the hunt for something different. Don't care for Unit Studies by Gwen, they are free download. The one on Dolphins is boring my son and me, the Polar Bear one seems to be heavy on Global Warming. We like: Pockets of Time by Fortunately for You Books Happy Scribe Copybooks Honey Bee Mini Books (free) Spiders unit study (free) Father's Day Project Pack Math Games by Teaching Outside the Box (for teaching place value, free)

Tam101
Ha! I've had Connect the Thoughts on my wish list for over a year. Glad to see it recommend. I just don't know if I can fit it into our schedule this year. Maybe that will be a summer project.
