Kim in TN
Yum, love cheesecake!! I've heard that slicing them with dental floss will keep them pretty.
FaithHopeLove
Dental floss pulled straight down on both sides of the cheesecake and gently pulled out from the bottom of the cheese cake. Also make sure you don't use flavored floss!
Pajama Mama
Dental floss pulled straight down on both sides of the cheesecake and gently pulled out from the bottom of the cheese cake. Also make sure you don't use flavored floss! This is probably the best way. No minty flavored floss. Of course, you could invite me over. I'll slice them up for you. I just can't promise that you'll still have 8 cheesecakes though:drool:
Julie in CA
Take your biggest knife and run it under hot water. Give it a quick wipe with a towel just to get water drips off, and then make your cut. Rinse and wipe between each cut. The heat of the knife will give you sharp, nice edges, and a much more precise cut than the dental floss (though I'm not dissing those those of you who use floss, of course!) :)

I will relay info to hubby who will be serving. Thanks.
OnTheBrink
I have a patented way to slice cheesecake. This requires you to ship them to me, though. I can only do this under cloak of secrecy. Combined with this top secret technique, is magic. I make cheesecake disappear. ;)
AuntieM
I prefer to eat them whole. :D
sleepymommy
Plain, unwaxed dental floss.

Audrey
8 cheesecakes = 8 servings. I guess I'm not really seeing a slicing problem there.
