HeidiD
Thanks to the recommendations here, I now have a couple of Gelfand's books (Algebra, and Functions). I'm really pleased with them. Are there any Russian high school level geometry books - either concise reviews like Gelfand's, or textbooks?
nmoira
There's Kisilev Book 1 and Book 2. More information and sample pages are here.

jeri
There's another one, in English, written by this professor of math who works someplace in Canada. he's Russian and his text is highly regarded too. I have a copy I bought used a couple of years ago, buut since we are not quite there yet it sits on my shelf. I think if you google his name + geometry you will find it. jeri

Storm Bay
Solomonovich. Unfortunately, his website has been down for a few months. :( That's correct. Is he still selling his book at all? Plus, there is no answer key for it.
