I purchased the textbook, tests, and activity guide from Rainbow Resource. They offer free shipping if you buy over a certain amount ($150, I believe). I purchased the student pages for SOTW 2 and there were so many we didn't use, I just photocopied the coloring and map pages for SOTW 3. I've never calculated what it costs in terms of ink and paper, but to me it's an easier pill to swallow just a little bit here and there versus all at once. I took my book to Kinkos and it was under 7 dollars to copy the student pages. I figured it was less than ordering a whole copy from PHP, so I copied them all there.
