It would probably be more helpful if you listed which subjects you are looking for.

My 10th grader is taking:

Prentice Hall's Chemistry and using their virtual labs as well as using the Microchem set from Homescience Tools (Lesson plans/answer key/quizzes are available from Kolbe)

Foerster's alg 2 with cd lectures from Math Without Borders

French in Action (I would not recommend this for someone that won't be using it for multiple yrs b/c it is expensive. My senior is using Tell Me More with Breaking the Barrier's textbook for Spanish)

Kolbe Literature (does have some Catholic components)

Vocabulary Cartoons (for SAT prep)

art history with Teaching Co dvds

history is my creation

Lively Art of Writing is a good book for high school essays. You might want to also look at Grammar for Writing and Writing a Research Paper which are available through Sadlier-Oxford for writing if you need a writing curriculum. http://www.sadlier-oxford.com/grammar/

TOG yr 2 for history

Saxon Alg 2 for math

Apologia chemistry for science

R&S English 9&10 book 2 for English, along with the writing assignments from SL Core 530 (see next item)

SL Core 530 British Lit for elective

Wheelock's Latin for elective

Music: An Appreciation for elective (the one recommended in TOG, but we'll be doing the whole book in a year)

the courses you use for 10th grade are going to be largely dependent on what she had in 8th and 9th, and then what her interests are for electives. Good luck!

Breaking the Barrier Spanish

mommy created World History/Literature/philosopy survey course including:

Story of Philosophy

Teaching company course "Western Literary Canon in Context"

Poetry and Truth (from Michael Clay Thompson's LA materials at Royal Firework Press)

Sections of the Old Testament

Hamlet

Longitude

Candide or Faust

Kim

I'll use Lively Art of Writing, Michael Clay Thompson's Academic Writing and probably some other materials as references for myself as I assign and edit his writing. I'll also have one of Spielvolgle's texts which he will use as reference rather than as assigned reading.

I'm tossing most of what I used with my 10th grader last year. When my middle dd is in 10th grade, I plan to use:

Oak Meadow World History or World Geography (instead of Prentice Hall)

Oak Meadow Chemistry (instead of Spectrum Chemistry)

Kinetic Books Algebra II (that's a keeper)

Oak Meadow English 10th grade (instead of Glecoe Literature)

Dave Ramsey's Foundations of Personal Finance (another keeper)

don't know what else
