Millions of tomatoes - who's got a good sauce recipe?

I just made our first batch of the season. In my food processor, I puree (leaving them a little chunky) tomatoes (not bothering to peel them), onions, garlic, bell peppers & put them in a pot. Add a couple of pinches of sugar, salt, pepper, basil, oregano & let it all simmer for a couple of hours until it is thickened. Taste & add seasonings accordingly. I like mine a little sweet.

 

Sorry I don't have measurements, but really, if you just throw it all into the pot, taste & adjust it, you can make it just like you like it easily.
