Marie in Oh
Could one of the half books be used in leu of the previously numbered book? In other words, could 4.5 be used instead of 4? Thanks.
Momofeat
Yes. When I was a teacher, I actually preferred the half books. (It's been so long ago, that I don't remember why now!)
Radish4ever
This is a great question because I'm finding it easier to buy used 1/2 books than on-numbered books. lol
mohsmom23
I would say yes. I have books 1 and 1 1/2, and they cover the same material.
Renee in NC
I would say yes. I have books 1 and 1 1/2, and they cover the same material. They do cover the same material, but at a higher level. This might be fine for some children, but my 8yo is going to need Lessons 1-3 of Book 1 before he can tackle Lesson 1 of 1.5 and handle it.
