3babiesmommy
Just looking for a ballpark here so I know what to order for the year:) She reads very well and has had no problems spelling, but hasn't learned all the phonograms so I want to catch her up. Thanks!!
MerryAtHope
I would think a natural speller could definitely get through those two levels in a year. She might even get to level 3. Merry :-)
Angel
My dd(8) is reading very well. She, too, didn't really know the phonograms. We began Level 1 mid-February and ended mid-May. That was about 3 lessons per week. We probably could have gone through it sooner but I wasn't in a rush. We will begin Level 2 in the Fall. I'm estimating about 4 months to get through Level 2. I would at least get Level 1 & 2. If you need 3 you can pick it up later. But the first two should last you for a few months. This was dd's favorite curriculum this past year! Thanks!! My first grader last yr didn't start AAS until the second half of the yr. She was strictly using SSRW the first half. She completed all of book and most of book 2. I would imagine that your child would move faster than my 7 yod.
