Jean in Wisc
You know--kink in the neck, knotted muscle on the shoulder, pain down the back to a spot below the shoulder blade. The doc said half the people in his office came down with this when they switched over to their new computer system--and the doctor had it, too! Guess I'll not be around too much for a while (at least I'll try to stay away from my beloved laptop. LOL!) If you notice someone is looking for me, have them send me a PM, if you would. Thanks! Laurie in CA
I have this! I had to do physical therapy and biofeedback several years ago. Mine is caused by using the computer mouse. I don't spend as much time on the computer during school so it usually doesn't bother me. This summer I am having trouble again so I have to be very careful. Linda in NM
My husband--the personal trainer--is a big fan of head rolls (forward, left, back, right) and shoulder shrugs. Looks like I'm twitching in the car, but it works!
