I thought we were saying Dr. Oz and Eat This was "not that very realistic." :lol: That is interesting about the green tea. I had an ulcer last year and took medication for two months. I have some green tea up in the cupboard and was thinking about using it to make some iced tea. I've started doing some yoga and it has helped a lot with relaxation and stretching. It's also more intense than I realized for building strength.
