Susie in CA Posted March 4, 2008 Share Posted March 4, 2008 It has really helped me do more Art. We follow the program but it is very informal. We look at a picture or two, briefly talk about, and then draw or paint something. That's it. We do use the coloring books as well. We pretty much follow the music schedule of listening and reading -- also very informal. I really love the program because it made it so simple for me. I just do the next thing. St. Theophan Academy Posted March 4, 2008 Share Posted March 4, 2008 I have it, am not really using it because I wanted my artists and composers to fit into our period of history this year. I like the idea, and it is very easy to implement, just not really necessary for us since I already had a good idea of the artists and composers I wanted to study by looking at Ambleside.
