I just found two forgotten packages of Butterball Turkey Smoked Sausage in the bottom drawer of the refrigerator. The "use by" date is...<gulp>... 3-22-09!! :001_huh: I started to just toss the packages, but they look perfectly fine -- no "swelling", no punctures, no mold... so I decided to ask here.
