Julieofsardis 16
I just had to share this salad. We went on spring break to Panama City Beach, Florida and ate at Calypso on the strip. I had this fantastic tuna salad and just couldn't get enough, so I came home and tried to re-make it. Here's my re-do: Bagged fresh greens of your choice (I like the sweet butter) White Albacore tuna in the pouch (I use about 1/3 of the package) Toasted almonds (I just stick them in the toaster for a minute) Sauteed red and yellow peppers Feta cheese Honey Lime Viniagrette (recipe to follow) Honey Lime Viniagrette: 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup lime juice (or juice from 1 lime) 1/3 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 vegetable oil 1/4 package Good Seasonings Italian dressing mix. This is so good!!!

yellowperch 11
Here are my top two easy, easy salads: bagged baby spinach, dried cranberries, walnuts, and a dressing (usually just honey, olive oil, and mustard.) bagged spring salad mix, pears peeled and sliced, gorgonzola cheese and raisins or dried cranberries or pinenuts or cashews and a citrus or honey dressing (see above).
