JessMcG
I should know the answer to this one but I'm drawing a blank. Why do some sellers prefer non-credit card paypal? Is it just because of the fees? Thanks!
Retired
I have the free paypal account that limits me to only 5 (credit/debit transaction a year) so I deal with non credit only I would guess that most use the free paypal also. I really don't mind the small fees on the 5 transaction I do use.
Just a Jen in Mississippi
I don't like accepting credit card Paypal payments because I feel the charge is too high. For instance, I accepted one where I was paid $7.50 but was deducted .67 because they used their credit card. That's not that much, but I wished I had known that before setting my price. After that and shipping, I really didn't come out so well. And the more you get paid, of course, the more Paypal deducts.......I can't remember the percentage, but I'm just not willing to cut into my profits that much.
