Nestof3
I have no cilantro, but I'm still going to make some to go with mexican food tonight. I have: avocados lemons Can anyone help me?
shalom22
add chopped onion and tomato, cumin, salt and pepper to taste. or just add some picante sauce, that would spice it up some.
secular_mom
No recipe, but FYI you can buy dried cilantro so you'll have some on hand next time. :) I recently discovered it, and am thrilled, as fresh cilantro is usually wilted by the time I'm ready to use it. sixpence1978
If I'm in a hurry, I just mash the avocado with some salsa. Maybe I'll add a squirt of lime (or lemon), but not always. If I have some onion, I will chop up a little bit and throw that in...I usually don't go to the trouble though.

Nestof3
Thanks! I chose a little salsa with a couple squirts of lemon juice and a dash of salt. Tastes good enough for me LOL.
Gretchen in NJ
Love Alton Brown's http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/guacamole-recipe/index.html I go to Food Network too when I am in a bind. I also love the recipes from William Sonoma. http://www.williams-sonoma.com/srch/recipe.cfm?action=RCP&searchform=1&searchtype=recipe&recipe=guacamole I always check WS first since FN could have thousands of recipes and I only need one.;)
