What ages do you think this is appropriate for? I will have a 7yo and 4yo in the fall, and am looking for something to use after Big Truths for Little Kids. CBfF was one of the items I wanted to look at but after looking at the sample online, I wonder if I should wait a bit. Or, I could do it mainly with the 7yo and then go back and do it again in a few years...

How old were your DC when you used this program?

I used it off and on w/ my dc 11, 9, 8 and let the 5, 6 and 2yo listen in. You could do it w/ your 7yo and let the 4yo listen in or find another book that would span the 2 age groups. Your 4yo would probably absorb more than you think, though:) I really like the book (we have Vol. 1) b/c it's not workbooky...it's all done orally, conversation style...natural.

I have done it with a wide age span. I just read the book and verses and discuss it in a way all the dc can understand. Now, it isn't fancy or visually appealing, so if that is what you are looking for this isn't for you. It does have great content.
