Beth in Central TX Posted May 21, 2009 Share Posted May 21, 2009 I ordered on 05/02. On 05/11, I called & left a message and sent an e-mail. I received a response to my e-mail the same day stating that they were overwhelmed with the orders from their sale. They shipped my package that day, and I received it on 05/15 (I did pay extra for Fed Ex shipping in my original purchase). The response said that they were taking 5 business days to ship orders rather than their normal 2-3, so I would definitely leave a message and send an e-mail since you are well past that time frame. I saw another post on the boards which stated that some items were backordered & would be shipped in June. This was not my experience, but it may be what's delaying your package.
