TKAM is my favorite book, but IMO an 8yo is too young to read it. There are mature themes that are best dealt with at an older age. I would say, on the average, a child should be at least 12 in order to read it.
My dd11 is in 6th grade this year and is using Saxon 7/6. She is breezing right through it. I am looking at what to buy for her for next year (seventh grade.) Should we use Saxon 8/7? Or should we move on to Saxon Algebra 1/2? Thanks!
Love OUAT. I, too, was sad to see that Hook is truly bad. I really thought he was going to help Emma & Snow. Really looking forward to next week's show!
:grouphug::grouphug: I had two miscarriages between my first and second children. I had a D&C after my first miscarriage. The baby had passed away already. I just didn't want to prolong things, so I opted to go ahead with the D&C. I am so sorry for your loss.:grouphug::grouphug:
Have you thought about turning an entertainment center into a play kitchen? Here's a link:

Are they cute jammies? If so, live on the wild side & just wear them to the store. Hopefully you won't turn up on one of those People of Wal-Mart videos.;)
