I'm writing to let some steam out...... I purchased a Sonlight core used on eBay for our upcoming year. I'm super excited as it's our first time using it and I just love books! I had emailed sonlight asking which timeline figures go with the 2nd and 3rd grade readers. They returned an email saying that they couldn't help me or give me any information because I bought my curriculum USED and not brand new from them?!?! Really? So because I choose to save money, and keep things from being thrown away, they can't tell me which timeline figures to buy? Seriously. This irritated me, I just expected more from such a well know and huge homeschooling company. One email is a Nono because I bought something used. Not sure I'll ever buy anything new from them now. Just bad customer service. Anyone else have this experience? I'm done bumming out now :)
