      Me, too! The missing Easter for the first time part. I'm home with a sick boy. Sometimes a mama just has to stay home. I enjoyed the Mars Hill live streaming Easter service. Congrats again!

    I just spectacularly spilled a full cup of coffee down the side of my bed (box spring and skirt), all over library books, and my kindle. At least my room smells yummy.

      My son and husband through a football into my wine and left a nice splatter stain on the wall on my side of the bed. Perhaps I should rethink my drinks in the bedroom policy.

      There's a really short, really awesome book called The Cure. It has a great chapter on forgiveness- what it is and what it isn't. It's really one of the best books I've ever read.

    So I've tallied the results and we have been sick on Easter at least 1/3 of the time since oldest ds was born. It is any wonder my plans for this day are always tentative? I hate March.

      I've got 1 down, too. Dh is a pastor, so this is usually a Mom runs the show day. Instead, I'll be home and the kids will have to fend for themselves. At least they're all old enough to see to themselves.

      Sometimes people post things that they don't want to debate or get advice about. They just want you to agree with them (or refrain from responding). Saying that upfront allows people to get support when they're feeling too fragile to debate the issue.

    If I were to build another house, I would make a special pipe going into each bathroom through which I could send some noxious odor to make the occupant come out. This would be especially useful during kitchen clean-up and the start of school.
