I was inducted into the Psi Upsilon Chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing last night. Yay me. 🙂

We are DONE, people! Graduated the youngest on Saturday. 

As of Monday, I'll be homeschooling again! It's only two classes, but I'll take it!

My girl broke her arm yesterday and is in a cast for 3 weeks., so no violin or basketball.

Youngest dd opted to go to public high school mid-semester! Although I am now no longer home schooling, I will always be a home school mom at heart.

Older DD finally got her braces off...just in time for younger DD to get an evaluation appointment.

We got a new puppy 11 month old Husky Mix named Whistler.

Going to try working out with the new puppy. Should be interesting.

The next big invention should be some sort of vacuum-assist lint trap for dryers. My very dusty laundry room would be so grateful!

You wouldn't think just adding a half hour's worth of preschool would kick my butt. But it totally is. Well, that and the 2 high schoolers instead of 1. Wowza, this year is harder than last year was!

Why does outsourcing classes feel like such a failure?

It is the 3rd morning in a row that I have watched a beautiful moonset over our lake.

I always give up most of my social media for Lent, but with the election, I finally got fed up with Facebook, so for the tail end of Lent, I'm giving up Facebook and hanging out in this lovely, civil, election free social media zone with all of you wonderful people instead. Sanity now, please.
