  1. My daughter will be in the 8th grade this fall and has had some Latin (Latina Christiana). I can't decide between Henle and Lingua Latina. :confused: Can you share your thoughts/opinions. Thanks!
  2. So looking forward to Christmas break. I plan to take two weeks off next Monday.
  3. 3 hours a day for 2nd grader, with a few mini breaks in between subjects to do cartwheels, trampoline jumping, and snacks. we're usually done by lunch. Bible - 10 min Math - 30 min History - 30 min Science - 20 min Grammar - 10 min Writing - 30 min Spelling - 15 min Handwriting - 10 min Piano - 20 min
  4. It looks fine to me. The only thing that I didn't see on your list was P.E. I also have a 7th grader this fall, your schedule and mine look similar.   6. We have homeschool co-op, math club, soccer practice, and youth group on Thursdays. We've done school four days a week for several years now. But our school year goes from beginning of August to the middle of June.

  8. Loved and finished Apologia elementary series. Trying Singapore science currently.
