  1. I would also recommend compound movements: deadlifts, squats, bench press, military press and bent over back rows. All of these can be done with a single barbell with out any plates. Focus more on muscle isolation and mind/muscle connection while lifting. This will make you focus on the particular muscles you are working rather than putting strain on other muscles if your weight is too heavy.
  2. Thank you very much. Time is an issue, and so is the world view. I personally like to incorporate different world views, but the parents may not. Thank you for the responses.
  3. If you had only one hour (or less) per week to work with a high school co-op class for one semester, which logic curriculum would you choose? Any curriculum too heavy for this time frame?
