My family finally went on one of those famous Missouri float trips. I have a sunburn, sore shoulders and my kids heard quite a lot of cussing on the river. Overall it was a great experience!

Said goodbye to my sweet companion of 7 years. My Lucy was the best doggy, always happy and she loved everyone. There is an empty spot in my heart and home but she is no longer suffering.

Apparently, you can get a killer 48-hour headache due to caffeine withdrawal when you suddenly stop drinking your morning tea. I found this out the hard way.
