This is my first post, so first I'd like to say, "Hello!"
I could use some help figuring out where to go from here.
I have a 10 year old who is about to finish Singapore 6b. Saxon's style nearly killed her, but Singapore's methods were a great fit. She largely taught herself, and really enjoyed it. What comes next?
Also, she's almost done with Getting Started with Spanish, and I'd like her to transition to a more complete curriculum, but I'm not sure what. Any suggestions?
And, we've tried Japanese From Zero, but it was a little too scattered and had too much random vocabulary in each lesson. It might work now that she's a little older, but I'm still in search of something more straight- forward. She does already know the complete kana, some phrases (basic greetings, the weather, colors, parts of the body, etc.), numbers, and a pretty good handful of kanji. Anyone know of something?
Lastly, any tips about middle school writing? Favorite curriculum for this stage?
Thank you so much for your help! :)
