  1. I was under no illusion of privacy (and haven't been for ages) and pretty much had all of my friends convinced FB was basically an intelligence gathering tool from the start. What I am upset with is the one sided political use of the data.
  2. I had lower back pain off and on for years. I used a chiropractor to adjust me and it would help for a day. I picked up a roller similar to this at TJ Maxx on a whim one day. I lay on it (back on roller) on the floor and exhale as I roll myself up and down slowly. I relax onto the roller and just roll slowly using my feet. It cracks my back perfectly and I found the adjustment stayed put after I did it continuously instead of once a week from the chiro. I know not all back pain is equal but thought I'd share in case it helps you. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MT52MZB/ref=sspa_dk
  3. I have two from my childhood. My kids have a few each saved that were special when they were little. Both of them (girls) are grown now and both still have stuffed animals they sleep with. I love stuffed animals and am drawn to them in a store. I don't buy them but I like looking at them. I do have some stuffed foxes on a shelf because foxes look like my dog so I like them. I bought a stuffed tiger that is really a pillow that I like to use as an arm support when Im laptopping in bed. I like toys in general and have keep all of our Lego, Playmobil, American Girl Dolls, and some Barb
  4. I'm a Moleskine and Leuchtturm1917 fan but decided to try this one out because it was cheaper. It's right on par with the quality of the other two. I'm a pen user of all sorts and this paper doesn't bleed on any of the pens I've tried. It's a grid which I love. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1441323716/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  5. I bought myself an eternity ring. :)
  6. A Japanese garden sounds nice. Don't know how far this is from you. I like to relax with nature (sit and watch wildlife, ponds, aquariums, waterfalls, beach). Harry P Leu Gardens 1920 N Forest Ave, Orlando, FL 32803 I'm like you. Most of the normal pampering things do not appeal to me. Honestly, a day at home by myself would be great but that never happens. It's introvert hell sometimes.
  7. I can't watch Dr. Dray. She very much looks like she has a serious eating disorder and that triggers me due to a family member. I like Hot and Flashy and Uppiesbeads59. SugarPuffandFluff is good too.
  8. Bill, you are right, the carbs aren't necessary but the poops are gorgeous on this food, lol. I did the raw thing for a bit (and I really did it whole hog) and it's by the far the best diet. Getting the bone content down with little dogs is not easy though and for various reasons I won't get into, I looked for an alternative and tried different things. This is the one I've settled on and my dogs love it and most importantly, allergies and gastric issues are gone.
  9. I'll send you some. PM me your address. :) One of my dogs is allergic to chicken too. We use turkey, beef, and pork for the protein.
  10. This is what I use. You add your own protein (raw or cooked). My dog had severe gastro issues and none since switching to this. It is dehydrated and lasts for several months for two small dogs. https://www.chewy.com/honest-kitchen-kindly-grain-free/dp/109303
  11. Lugol's drops is what I use. I order from Amazon. I'm not sure you can even find it in the store. They have it marked weird now like a poison or something. FDA regulations I'm sure. Definitely read up if you decide to try it. You will need to start slow and take a few supplements in addition. Dr. Brownstein's site is good but it's down for revision. He has a bunch of talk on youtube. You'd have to eat a lot of seaweed. For sure try the selenium first. That may be all you need and it's advisable to be on selenium for a few weeks before starting iodine anyway.
  12. Try 200 mcg of Selenium. That is the one thing that I used in both iodine therapy AND my with my hypothyroid issue. I've tried hard to pinpoint exactly what worked for me over the years because it was miraculous and that is the one thing that I started with and am still on. It's the only intersection point. This is the brand I use https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Foods-Selenium-200-VCaps/dp/B00SJKPBNY/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1518014629&sr=1-4&keywords=selenium&dpID=41ePC2YYRmL&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch
  13. Imitrex works for me BUT I rarely take it anymore. What seemed to stop mine (and I had about 20 a month) was taking iodine drops (and some supplements that you have to take while taking iodine like selenium and magnesium). It was like a miracle. It also resolved fibrocystic b reast disease. It's been 3 years since I started. You can find iodine therapy info online.
