I have health issues that make it difficult to even do the basics. I am wondering specifically about 6th or 7th grade as well as 4th. I do better with curriculum that are pretty structured. We enjoy literature mixed in. Thanks for any and all ideas!

I'm interested in using it maybe for 7th grade and not doing a lot of writing before that. Is that possible or not smart????

We are really enjoying Shurley English, but I have health challenges and so do several of my children. Shurley is great, but it takes so long to teach! Is Growing with Grammar comparable as far as content? I have a hard time seeing how grammar can be learned independently. Could someone experienced with GWG enlighten me?

Does anyone have experience with both? I have used Saxon, but I need a more hands off approach as the teacher due to health challenges. Can students work pretty independently with Teaching Textbooks?

How do these two compare? I've used Saxon. I'm wondering more specifically about Teaching Textbooks. My dd is having some difficulty with Saxon 76. It seems I am forever changing curriculum. I had vowed that I was never again changing. The thing is, I am dealing with health challenges and I really need something that will take me as much as possible out of the picture. Is this my answer? Is the quality the same as Saxon?
