  1. I've been having sinus pressure behind my eyes, fluid behind my ears etc.. Just dealing with a lot the last week especially. I've had that, plus getting that ear syringing at the same time was not a good combination. I stopped by Little Clinic yesterday to have them look at my ears and they said I do have some fluid behind my ears. The ringing started to get better yesterday and is much better today. Still have pressure in both ears but not hurting like it did yesterday. I'm taking Flonase and Tylenol. The NP at the Little Clinic suggested getting some Alkaseltzer Cold and thought it would be a good idea to relieve sinus pressure. Anyway, I do drink at least 4 cups of milk each day (low heat pasteurized non homogenized). Do you think this could be contributing to my sinus issues and always feeling like I have post nasal drip?? I know the only way to be sure is to take milk out of my diet, but I was just curious if others have experienced this. I know most people don't hardly drink milk and suffer terrible sinus issues so maybe I'm just overthinking it. I'd love to control any issues I have with diet vs. medicating. I've even been gluten free for 2 straight weeks wondering if that may help. My sister is Celiac so I know there's a family link there. Thoughts?
  2. Give me all your best suggestions. I used Flonase unscented spray this morning, and Zyrtec the last couple days (not today). The ear pressure is the worst I think and I'm wondering if I need an antibiotic. Was trying to hold out until Monday to see the doctor. I do NOT have sneezing or runny nose etc.. Any advice to get through??
  3. How and what got worse if you don't mind me asking?
  4. If you or someone you know went off gluten for anxiety reasons, how long did it take to see a difference?
  5. Lot's of good info! Yes, I read TMJ can cause it too. Many things from what I've read.
  6. Do any of you have this? Allergy medicine the last few days have helped some, but was curious if you have any suggestions? I had it occasionally before, but it seems more frequent since I had my left ear irrigated at the Little Clinic last Friday. It's better than it was a few days ago but still noticeable. Not constant but often. I've read it takes awhile for your ear to settle down after having irrigation done. I did have a lot of wax in that ear but none in my right ear. I never use q-tips so not sure why I had so much. My friend said juniper essential oil may help on the outside of my ear. Thoughts?
  7. Have any of you ever seen a DO before? I want a new primary doctor and spent the morning reading reviews for my area. I actually scheduled and appointment with a female doctor for next month, but then realized afterwards she's a DO instead of an MD. Thoughts?
  8. Can he come here please and catch all the moles that are destroying our 3 acres! I wold LOVE if my German Shepherd did that but he doesn't.
  9. Have any of you ever used this line before? I've read some great reviews on it.
  10. I've been reading reviews and trying to decide. I currently have Kitchen Aid appliances that are 12 years old and have done great. I just REALLY love the look of the GE CAFE Matte collection. I need to make a decision soon. Opinions on the GE?
  11. With all of those symptoms I would definitely get a strep test soon. I'm not a rush to the doctor kind of mom either.
  12. Just making sure all the dishes are done and my kitchen is clean every evening makes me feel so much better when I wake up the next day.
  13. I know this could vary depending on region, but I just wanted to get an idea... What would you charge to watch a toddler-5 year old during weekdays? (No diapers) Would you charge by hour? I have no idea how to figure this. I was thinking about trying to watch a child now that mine are in school just to bring in extra money.
  14. So happy for you that you're done! My mom has been breast cancer free for 32 years.
  15. After he takes the last antibiotic, he needs to replace his toothbrush. A nurse told me you can give yourself strep again if you don't do that.
  16. I do all the laundry and folding. My 3 teens put away their own and I put mine and DH's away.
  17. I have a wallet and keep my bills straight in numerical order. All of my credit cards are organized, along with medical cards. I also have room to keep all of my receipts neatly together and never have trouble finding anything I need. I need a certain style of wallet to be able to do this and found mine at Target.
  18. What baby shampoo? And why baby shampoo??
  19. Oh wow I think mine must be mild compared to most of you. I have watery eyes, blurry vision sometimes, feels a little gritty sometimes etc. Pretty mild but just need a little something to help occasionally OTC. I'm sure it's probably age related because I noticed it after turning 40 ten years ago. DH is Celiac and also diagnosed with Sjogren's. He's 100% gluten free the last four years and the Sjogren's doesn't flare now.
