I'm looking for resources for memory work in spanish. Is anyone doing this and have ideas they can share? We have been practicing our spanish every morning with good success and I think memory work will really help with fluency. I am a native speaker so I can read and help them memorize easily. Top five websites that you would make an exception for. I'm thinking blogs, christian sites, self education, home making resources, homeschooling sites.. etc etc. My attention span and thought life have suffered over the last couple of years and I want to move away from all my internet "research". I want to make a couple of exceptions maybe 2 or 3 for personal growth that I would check once a week. So what would they be for you......

I have heard nothing but praise of this DVD and I'm about to buy it for my soon to be 2nd grader. He does well with math, we are doing Math in Focus (Singapore) with him right now and we are about to cover the multiplication/division chapter. I'd love this as a supplement but I wonder after looking at samples if this method isn't as "mathy" as it should be? What say you all? Thanks!

I am going to be purchasing Singapore 1A US edition for my 5 year old son. He's about finished with the Kindergarten Essentials books. What manipulatives will I need for 1A and later for 1B. Also, aside from the textbook, workbook and tests.... should I pick up any other supplement books? He picks things up quickly but does not like to work very long. Thanks!
