If you want to start with simple, but good, skin care, I’d recommend CeraVe. Get the Foaming Facial Wash and the PM Night Lotion. It will be moisturing but still ok for oily skin. Like a PP, I would also recommend getting an RX for some form of Retin A. It’s good stuff, and another easy way to up your skincare game. :)
I don’t have a rec for make-up though, other than going to a place that can help tailor it to your needs. I will say that going to a Sephora or Ulta means they can help you with a wide range of available brands, whereas going to Dillard’s (or similar) will probably get you makeup from just whichever counter you go to.
