This is interesting. All of the children in our neighborhood disappear every day off to camp or whatever. Not that it matters, since my kids don't go to school with any of them none of the neighborhood kids have any interest in us.

Fall break? We haven't even been back in the swing of things for 3 weeks yet. Fall break will happen at Thanksgiving. But... then again, we only "school" a couple days a week anyhow.

So it is now Oct. 1. August has obviously long passed. Nothing has changed with the software, and they are now responding with form letters informing those who inquire about when the update will finally happen that they've gone above and beyond expectations. They basically say the current software is just fine and over 2,000 people use it every day. HA! I do believe people struggle to use it daily. But that still doesn't change the fact that the thing doesn't offer all of the features they promised us over a year ago.

Do they delete things from their HEDUA Facebook page? I don't go there hardly ever.... the site of anything to do with the company turns my stomach.... but I've never seen a complaint there.

The Well Planned Day Ladies group is one I'm in. It's for anything related to this. Either we talk about how to get around the problems. Other programs we could use instead of WPD. And yes, what we can about this company!
