I am searching for a good pancake mix recipe. I love the convenience of a box mix but we go through them so quickly and I know I could make one up on my own just as easy. I have tried a couple different homemade mixes before but we didn't care for them as much as the boxed. Would you please share your recipe if you have a good one. Thanks so much!!

Hello, We are currently doing HOD Little Hearts for his Glory for my 5.5 year old son and some preschool pages for my 3.5 year old son. I'm wanting to add some type of Fall or Harvest activities or lap book type study for something extra. I would like something that doesn't require a lot of preparation and that is already planned out. Maybe some simple crafts or book selections. Thanks so much. Christina

First off, I want to thank you all for your wealth of knowledge. I am new to this board and have already learned a great deal from you all. I have 2 young boys (2 and 4.5), that we are planning on homeschooling. I received a letter from the school district informing me that they scheduled my son for early childhood screening.
