I find this to be very simple for me, which I need since I have 1 in 1st, 1 in K, and two under foot.

I agree with the science and math as I do not use their recs for those two main subject areas.

It wasn't working for mine when he was in 6th grade.

After that my plan is to use the spelling lists with what he's learned and randomly choosing 10 words per week.

I would be warry of essentially holding him back so he can do more writing in first grade.

This is our first year to actually have outside commitments. And I am wondering if it is too much for me right now.
