  1. World Market has a house brand that are thick but cotton with a decent hem so they don't get wrinkly. We've used and liked them for years Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Has he tried Father Brown? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. We love Mortimer's Manger here too. As well as The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey, Bear Stays Up For Christmas, The Year of the Perfect Christmas Tree and The Donkey Who Carried a King (joint Easter & Christmas book) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I've bought a few things and have idea lists made out. I usually do a lot of my shopping on Black Friday. I don't like waiting that long but I do like the prices I can find for things! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Bernina is an awesome brand, built to last for sure my Grandma has a couple and my Mom has one. I have a Babylock that is nice but very automated so I cringe the day the computer on it breaks! Jenome is a good brand for a well built machine that isn't as high end as Bernina. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. So glad it went so well and your DH is excited! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I would look into pelvic floor therapy with a physical therapist. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Night owl here too... I loved when I was in Argentina and we all went to bed at 1 or 2 and woke up at 10 or 11. I felt like I fit into the culture so well. Lol But I married a morning person so I attempt to go to bed at a non-ungodly hour (meaning by 10) most of the time. I typically wake up at 7:30 or 8 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Congratulations! It is okay not to be excited for right now. I hope your DH will take the news well! I liked the pp idea of broaching the subject with a reminder to him to be supportive and sensitive! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I've run a few Frontier co-op orders and I've been very happy with the supplies but unless Frontier changed recently they don't sell bulk grains. Have you looked into Azure Standard? They have drops all over the country and have great grains and good prices. I usually buy my stuff from them and have always been happy. They also have excellent customer service. 11. From what I've understood it is only select IMAX and the closest to us (1 1/2 hrs away) isn't playing them, only the one that's almost 2 hours. ETA: From what I've seen they're offering 3 different passes: an all day pass, a 4 show pass and a "festival pass" (which I'm assuming is for the whole week). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. We've been members with Samaritans for 4 years and they are awesome! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Yes it is Lowe and I think it's pretty fast for learning but if they know the material it isn't too fast and she seems like she expects them to be pretty familiar with it after a few lessons. I definitely have to pause the DVD so that my students can underline the roots in the derivatives though!! (We use it for 3 girls at co-op) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I find everyone's experiences fascinating as this is something I've been thinking more about. I have 3 and had a stillbirth between #'s 2 & 4. I am pregnant with #5 and due in January and praying everything goes well and we get to keep this little guy. DH and I both come from big families and would like quite a few kids but after dealing with the loss of DS2 I told DH I think I want to be done at 35 (I'm currently 28) and if I lose another baby I don't want to try again (thankfully he feels the same way). Whether or not this is what happens only God knows, but right now I'm comfortable with it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. The Mysterious Benedict Society, Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH and Hank the Cowdog are what come to mind. :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I just read the Mitchell translation for Susan's recorded class and I thought it flowed well and was easy to read. I'm not sure if I would be comfortable with my 14 year old reading some of the more graphic parts as they're pretty blunt so maybe check it out first? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I've used Bio Kult and been happy with it as well as some cheaper brands. Stronger ones work better for me and I can tell which are cheap and not working by my digestive system. I have the kids and myself on Garden of Life right now. I'm liking their kids probiotic a lot better than the last one I had the kids on. (Hyperbiotic) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I am so sorry I will keep praying for your brother! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Reading (including reading aloud like pp said) for the same reasons LMD said. You can learn anything by reading, even some math. Reading can broaden your horizons so that you have a better understanding of the world in general. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. We did Universal in February and it poured one day for an hour or so but we had brought ponchos and had fun making memories and running to shelter lol. (It was 80, so it isn't like we were cold. Our 1 year old was the only one who didn't like it.) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I tend to have to push mine down quickly once it gets up to temp so that the valve will pop up and seal. So maybe try that next time? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Praying for your brother and all of you as well! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I would try CLE as well, they add things at such a tiny bit each time and it sounds like she would do well with that, not to mention all the review. I think I would try the placement test though, I am guessing she would place part way through 1st? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Badger Hufflepuff (not happy about this, I used to be Ravenclaw and I am definitely a Ravenclaw) Elm with Phoenix feather core and 10 3/4" with hard flexibility Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
