  1. I get annoyed with clothes, too. Especially pants. But I have to have my bOOks covered or I will have nightmares. Every time. So I wear a tank top or short night gown
  2. The biggest one I can think of right now is the tv blaring. And then DH starts in with videos on his phone and a kid has a game with the volume on. All the competing sounds!! I'll have a meltdown. DH will also turn the tv up because the kids are being loud, so then the kids get louder. Rinse and repeat and mom tears out her hair.
  3. How else do you get some things on your fork? With a roll or bread? So I can touch the bread with my hands but not the rice or whatever. At fancy meals I try to use my knife, but I am no good with that method.
  4. The outfit or pajama thing bothers me too. I remember one time when oldest DS was a toddler, DH got him dress in a pair of jeans and a pajama shirt! Like a BabyGap, two-piece pajama set shirt. That he had to have found in the pajama drawer when all the regular shirts were hung in the closet. I about died inside. 😂
  5. I don't know. I slogged though the first one and never was motivated to read the next. Was the show good? I was hesitant.
  6. I have a history of migraines and have had similar experiences as you. I think of them as aura-only migraines because the headache never kicks in. But they are just as frightening and interfere with life big time. I have Imitrex and Relpax to use as a rescue med, but I never know if I should use it if the headache doesn't happen. 😕 I would definitely see your neurologist but, no, you're not a hypochondriac. This is a real thing.
  7. Mine is clear and shows the apple but Apple is also Harry Potters head. I â¤ï¸ It. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Luxendary-Harry-Potter-Icon-iPhone-6-6s-Ultra-Slim-Case-w-Chrome-Finish/160554135
  8. I most definitely am in the same boat. DH has been out of work for almost 3 months. We have been getting by, but things are very tight. He should be going back to work any time now, hopefully in time to buy the kids a few gifts. It is really hard. Hugs.
  9. These are great. I hadn't really looked at Keens because I had it in my head they were pricier than I was wanting but I like the price of these. Thank you!
  10. I would like to get my boys some new kicks for Christmas. I am trying to find something that will hold up to hard playing and working outdoors. We live on a large piece of property and they are constantly outside in the woods playing or working with DH. Ideally, I would love something that they could work in, but also run around with the neighbor kids as well. So probably a sturdy shoe as opposed to boot, but I am open to suggestion. Usually they just wear running type sneakers but they seem to get distroyed so quickly, even the expensive Nike or Underarmor ones. A year or two ago, I got them some pull-on leather "work" boots but they thought they were uncomfortable and didn't want to play in them. Any ideas? Oh, and I'm thinking of spending around $50 each.
  11. The pain seems to be on both sides and in pretty constant. A sort of sharp ache? I know that sounds contradictory. Almost like back labor but not in waves (nor as painful). It is possible the pain is Crohns related, although I've not experienced any thing like it before. I will call my Dr in the morning for sure.
  12. Last Saturday I woke up feeling fine, did some chores outside and then came in to vacuum. Midway through vacuuming (I have all hard floors and indoor pets, so a lot of vacuuming) my back started to hurt a lot. I took a hot shower and then a bath. The pain just kept increasing. By mid-afternoon I was running a low fever and felt horrible. Chills and shakes and pretty severe pain in my back, hips and part way down my thighs. I took a half of a Vicodin and went to bed. I woke up fine the next morning. I figured it was some sort of virus. Today the same thing is happening. Woke up fine, and gradually the back pain has set in. And low fever. When talking to my step-mom, she mentioned that she feel just like that with a kidney infection, or when a stone is moving. Thoughts? P.S. I have had a lot of UTI's in my day but never a kidney infection to my knowledge. I don't have any of my normal UTI symptoms currently. I am also on two immunosuppressants due to Crohn's disease so that has me more paranoid about infections.
  13. My Akita that recently passed away was Paisley and my current Akita pup is Lincoln. We've also had a Prince. Our cats are Boyd,Chibbs and Fergus.
  14. My dentist is Dr. Silvertooth. He told me that his grandmother told all the grandkids that one of them better become a dentist with that last name!
  15. Yes, sort of. I now have double ovens, so I don't use my toaster oven as an oven anymore. But I love the way it toasts, so I kept it when we moved. It also reheats certain things almost as quickly as the micro but with better results. Before I had double ovens, I used it as a second oven quite often. I don't think they are a MUST have, but a good one is pretty handy.
  16. You made the right choice. About a year ago, my elderly dog hurt herself and we made the wrong choice. I regret it. I am so sorry for your loss.
  17. $300,000-400,000 I am on 10 acres, 4 bed, 3.5 bath, and 3200sqf. Brand new house with mid-higher end finishes and fall into that range. We are a bit out in the country and therefore have more land for the price. The same house in town would probably be the same price but on 1-3 acres of land.

But, if he had been named any of those, Robert would have known who he was. Lyanna wanted Edd to protect him, so Edd passed him off as his bastard. Lyanna knew Robert would come after the baby if he knew she had one. That's my take on it anyway.

Yes, it was!! I have binge-watched all the seasons this spring, and am devastated to have to wait a YEAR for more!
  20. A week shy of 21. Then a day shy of 23, and lastly, a month shy of 25.
  21. I have had a pair shrink, and not in an even way. They we really weird and I ended chucking them. Good luck boiling them, I hope it work. Let us know!
  22. Don't feel inadequate! I have 8 sinks in my house (kitchen, laundry, double in master, pwd room, guest bath, and 2 in kids jack and Jill.) Everyone still washes their hands in the kitchen sink. And when it come to cleaning all those sinks, I think I have 6 too many. Simple is wonderful!
  23. I would SO sneak that in DH's food! We are mismatched, to say the least.
