:seeya:
Working out regularly now. Shoulder is about 95% better and I'm starting back slowly on my hands. Right now I'm working through all previous progressions to ensure that the shoulder is strong and stable enough.
Finally got an instagram account. From the few things I'm subscribed to I don't know if I should feel motivated or hopeless.
I used to do them a lot. There are a handful of freebie ones I like and as they are only about 20 min long it's easy to insert them into a day without too much trouble. Frequent short practice is better than no practice and sometimes psyching myself up for a 60+min yoga session sounds dreadful.
Here's a couple I liked:
Lunar flow
Core
HIp opening
It's been a long time though. I don't do yoga really anymore.

You used to be able to get them as downloads on itunes. You can check.
Rieshy, roll your infraspinatus and see if that helps.
Edited to add: Also buy the Rhomboid madness (scroll down) and do it a couple times a week.
Edited again: I changed my mind, get the Within Reach one instead. You don't need both bc they cover the same/similar exercises but the cues in Within Reach are better.
OK, still haven't done anything. Went to PT yesterday and now my neck muscles on the opposite side are kinked up. Seriously! I don't know how much more of this I can take. :willy_nilly:
Wandering tentatively in..
Thank you to those that reached out. It meant a lot. It's been a little rough going. The shoulder is taking more time than I anticipated to get better.
Today I'm going to stretch.
I haven't been posting bc I hate to just be a complainer. Got sick last week and couldn't do anything on top of can't do anything on my arm still.
I've been going to MA and watching class. Talk about depressing.
I hope I bounce back before the really disgusting weather sets in.
