  1. I did my full WO and stretch routine on Christmas. Everyone else was busy with their stuff :001_unsure:
  2. It's not for kettlebells it's for stall bar work. At the risk of sounding like a baby, I can't take it anymore. I just need to give in and buy some hand support.
  3. If you are using gloves for kettlebells or barbells, which ones are you using? Do you like them?
  4. I would love to learn the O lifts. Do you listen to Barbell Shrugged podcasts? I love them, even though I don't do crossfit. They've had some really good interviews.

  7. Anne, congratulations on the baby! I'm still plugging away. My shoulders are getting much much better. Got a nice sized goose egg on my forehead from MA. LOL 5 hours? Jealous!
  8. I wonder if it's the sulfates. Was it a wine you've had before? I always drink the same wine at home with no issue, but when dining out I've noticed that some wines don't sit well with me at all. I had one glass of wine at a friend's house that gave me the worst monster headache ever.

  11. I know I asked before but I can't remember what was determined. I have long hair. I hate to wash it everyday, it's such a hassle, but I get disgustingly sweaty pretty much every single day. My hair requires maintenance after washing, I can't just wash and go anymore unless I oil it, which there you go, oil and sweat. What do you do? Help me.
  12. I roll everyday more or less with a ball. Sometimes it adds to my soreness. lol I woke up yesterday with a sore throat so I wonder if that was it after all. :grouphug: I hope you got some sleep. Sleep issues are the worst.

  14. Good morning, I'll just bump this up for you. Same as always, skillwork, stretch, roll, shoulder prehab. My traps have been so sore lately. It's giving me a headache.
  15. At times I have contemplated taking up knitting as my sport of choice. Last night I actually sat out a couple of things at MA thinking, "today is not my day, and I'm not willing to risk getting hurt". It's a fine line, right? Knowing when to push yourself and knowing when to sit out. It can get a little emotional. LOL
  16. Since you are super active I would be very mindful of your body's signals. Not everyone is going to maintain a high level of activity and feel good on a ketogenic diet. Since you are going only two weeks, it should be fine but if you don't start feeling better in a couple of days, I would bump up the carbs some.
  17. Left shoulder here too. I'm having trouble with rotation still too. I can't do these on the left side and it's frustrating.
  18. Luckymama, it was your shoulder too, right? I can finally do pulls without pain.
