They seem to be in the process of updating it. Calvert is using Math in Focus for first and second grade now so I am wondering if they are going to switch to the Math in Focus program for grades 1 through 5. Maybe you could look at that program.
Tentative plan :
Math: Jacobs algebra (kolbe plans)
Literature: LLLOTR and CAP's The Art of Poetry
Grammar: R&S 6
Vocabulary: Sadlier-Oxford and Caesar's English for roots,
Composition: WWS and maybe some IEW Medieval
History: Oxford Press Medieval and early modern books with teaching guides
Civics: using Calvert's textbook
Science: K12 advanced life science
Logic: Art of Argument
I am using Horizons math 2 with DD and I don't have the teachers guide. The only issue is that there are tons of multi digit addition and subtraction problems with regrouping. I just figure them out as I grade them. I do get into a time crunch as I am also teaching and grading pre-algebra and Horizons math k. Next year I will probably order the teachers guide just to speed up the grading.

We finished 5b but I think you could go in earlier since much of the actual teaching is review. Ds has benefited from the review so I didn't worry too much about it.
We are using BCM this year and it has tons of problems! My ds usually does the odd problems but I make mixed review sheets using either even problems from the text or problems from the worksheet book that corresponds to the text (found on Amazon for $3!). I really like the plethora of problems available because my son needs it for some topics. We like this text!
I do have the CWP and IP texts from Singapore and we are planning to use those as filler since we will be done with BCM before our new baby is born and he can do the CWP and IP mostly independently.
We used it fine without the online portion but I think you miss some mapping/geography this way - not 100% about that. We used it when they used Hakim's Story of US ( the 11 volume set). I hear they are using a condensed version of Hakim's books that K12 publishes now. So if you are picking up student pages on amazon you might want to be careful of the dates.
HTH,
