If you are applying to many schools, how do you get your recommendation letters sent to each school? Is this part of the Common App? What if the schools you are applying to do not use the Common App? I would hope to ask for each letter only once so we don't have to bother the person writing the recommendations. I just don't know how this is done.

Something like grocery game?

There are tons of free blogs that do coupon match-ups. Just google whatever stores you shop at. Put the name of the store with the word "deals" and you will get lots of sites with the match-ups all done. -
Solution for hair falling out
always cookin' replied to Scarlett's topic in General Education Discussion Board
I just went to the doctor. I was in a lot of pain. I thought I had a pinched nerve. Turns out I am very anemic. I am on iron now, but it still does not seem to be helping with the hair loss. The doctor said that was the cause though. -
Extreme couponing?

If you sign up on Earthbounds Farms website, they send you coupons every week. I have been using those for months to get free produce when combined with store sales. There are blogs dedicated to organic savings if you search for them. -
Extreme couponing?
always cookin' replied to MommaOfalotta's topic in General Education Discussion Board
I used to coupon much more than I do now. I just don't have the time. However, there are coupons for healthy products. I have about 20 lbs of organic carrots that I got for free as well as a bunch of organic lettuce. I also have a couple of cases of organic tomato paste and diced tomatoes that I also got for free. Coupons are great for HBA and cleaning products. I am tired of hearing that couponers are unhealthy and overweight. We try to eat mostly healthy foods and no one in my house is overweight. Just don't use those coupons for the processed food. By the way, I also have about 10 lbs of cheddar cheese that I bought for $1lb using coupons (Cabot). We also do all the other stuff like buying in season, stocking up, cooking from scratch, etc -
Seton or Kolbe like - but not Catholic

If you are talking about high school, Kolbe does two years of ancient history and literature (Greek and Roman). You can easily combine the two years and do ancient history/literature in only one year. They tell you how to do it, or you can pick and choose which parts of each year to do yourself. It is very easy. -
We just got a new dishwasher after our old one finally broke. It works so much better. Everything comes out clean, and I do not pre-rinse. I should have bought a new one several years ago. I personally would not want to hand wash all of our dishes because my hands crack and bleed during the winter. It is very painful. BTW, the dishwasher we bought was not an expensive model. I just can't believe how well it works.

Aldi shoppers

We have Aldi's and Wegmans. The produce at our Aldi's is just as good as Wegmans and so much cheaper. I won't pay Wegmans prices for produce! If anything is ever bad, they gladly take it back. I think their produce is fantastic. -
My kids are big eaters and I have no problem getting them to eat enough of the other food groups. They just know that it is a requirement to eat fruits/vegetables with their other food. She wanted to know how to get them to eat them. I am not trying to tell you all how to feed your kids. Also, sometimes I just give them half an apple or a few pieces of carrots, not an entire plateful.
