Most of the BF books are great. I'd leave out the provedential history book (because of age and content). I found it very easy to alter to my needs with a young child.

Please tell me about Rainbow Science. Did your kids like it and learn? Do you like it as a teacher? Did they do it independently? Does it prepare them for high school science? Specifically, do they do well going into high school Apologia courses? Did you buy the science kits or put it together yourself? ... can you put it together by yourself?
