44-clove garlic soup... here I come. :D

No yoga... pub trivia. I'll fit right in. :D
It's Smitten Kitchen's recipe, and it turned out nicely. Usually what I call "garlic soup" is a quick snack of smashed cloves cooked in a bit of chicken stock and served over a bit of crumbled toast and parmesan.

We love garlic here...I'll use a bulb in stock...or in meatballs...but 44 cloves seems like quite a lot!
Not over four servings. :P Plus, it ends up quite mild in soup.
