I cut an x in them and roast them in the oven... they are done when the x pops open... they are an interesting flavor... I don't know that I'd say that I like them, but they'd keep you from starving to death I guess!

I'm jealous too and so is my husband! He grew up on a dairy farm and turns his nose up at all the "inferior" stuff I bring home! Happy skimming! Lindsay

Stacey, If you all enjoy and/or crave time by yourself ( my husband and I do!) then I vote for the B&B or an overnight trip to somewhere...we went for a weekend to a nearby resort for our 10 year anniversary last summer and it was SO NICE to be alone... it was the first time we'd gone away since our honeymoon! We didn't do a lot, but we enjoyed sleeping in, naps, no schedule, etc. Hope you have a great anniversary! Lindsay

I too enjoy this show... but my husband can not bear to have it on if he's within 50 feet of the t.v.... Kate drives him nuts! I don't agree with everything they do, but hey... I bet she wouldn't agree with all I do either! Lindsay

My GP has always frozen my moles, but I have 2 on my face that he won't do, because of concern about scarring and I'm going to a plastic surgeon for these. I'm only having them removed because of concern about melanoma. HTH, Lindsay
