My 17-year-old niece just won the women's International Finals Rodeo barrel racing championship and was also named Rookie of the Year. She is homeschooled and an amazing young woman. A woman and two children drowned in the Rio Grande on Friday while trying to enter the U.S. near a section of the southern border where Texas National Guard soldiers have prevented federal Border Patrol agents from processing and rescuing migrants. Federal officials and a Texas congressman said National Guard soldiers deployed by Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott did not allow Border Patrol agents to attempt to rescue the migrants. This is not exactly what you're asking, but my family and I were boosted and have remained Covid free in spite of a surge of Covid in our small town. I would guess that our community's vax rate is below the national average (which is low enough already!).

The matter is closed. If they wanted you to return the items, they would have sent you a prepaid label and/or arranged a pickup since the mistake was on their end. Target has good customer service and they're not going to inconvenience you to fix their error. Also, the gift sets were probably a Christmas thing and not worth their time, trouble, and expense to get back. Enjoy the free stuff. 🙂

He's adorable. OCD drugs have been tested on mice. Some researchers decided that mice's tendency to bury things must be due to anxiety or OCD. Laboratory mice had marbles placed in their cages on top of their wood chip bedding. The OCD drugs were considered effective when they decreased marble burying behavior in the mice. Other researchers disagreed with the conclusions, saying that if marbles made mice anxious, they would simply avoid them. (I agree.) I think mice just like collecting and tidying things. 🙂 I had some as pets when I was a child. So curious and sweet!

Do you use tretinoin over your whole face? Around your eyes? DD switched to a different strength for her acne and I'm tempted to try her leftover low concentration cream for my wrinkles and age spots.

Lots of swimming at the public pool in the summer. Plenty of playing outside after school and during vacation. Occasional bicycle riding, roller skating, jump roping. We had PE in school but I didn't enjoy it at all.
