That has happened to me several times, too. Ouch, so painful! We finally got one of the safety edge can openers - Kuhn Rikon brand. I no longer dread opening cans :)

I get that occasionally, too, where my ears feel clogged, even though I don't have a cold or allergies going on. It usually clears up after a short while. I did have a weird thing about a month ago where my left ear felt really clogged, I was having a hard time hearing, and I had ringing in that ear. It was pretty annoying but it went away after about 3 days and hasn't happened since then. I don't know if it's related to stress, but it could be.

You can file a non-paying bidder report, and ebay will contact them. I think you can do it after 2 or 3 days, I forget exactly. I had to do this last month. The person finally paid after I filed the NPB.

I'm excited for an Asian Indian to win. She is beautiful and seems to be really intelligent from the brief bio I read of hers. Although I'm a teensy bit disappointed Miss California didn't win ;) And people are just stupid if they think a "foreigner" was crowned Miss America. Sheesh. Do people not ever think?

I have the Kuhn Rikon can opener (in fuchsia :)) It is the kind that takes the lids off the top so there are no sharp edges. I love this because I have sliced my fingers too many times on sharp cans. I also feel safer with my dd using this. It has a bit of a learning curve but it really works well.
