Gwen, I wanted to say thanks for your post on the high school board re: moms feeling the pressure during high school. It really struck a chord with me and made me feel teary and laughy at the same time...Podunk U...LOL. I appreciate the reassurance that you and some of the other experienced moms give, I really need it these days!

(((MJN))), I just wanted to say I'm sorry for what you're dealing with in regards to your mother. My mother died of lung cancer (she wasn't a smoker though), so I can relate somewhat to the pain of what you're experiencing. Kudos to you for doing all you can, and being such a caring daughter.
