    @readinmom so glad that your mom will be close and is motivated to get better!! 

    @mom31257 I took down all my Christmas stuff except for one tree yesterday. I can't stand clutter LOL, but the outside decorations are still up! 

    It's weirdly warm and we've had our AC on..yup we live in the South and there's a forecast for snow and rain on Sunday! 

    Shower, wash hair 

    Chores, one load in dryer, unload dishwasher, more laundry 

    Figure out a menu and decorating for our new year's eve party

    Dinner? 

    Shhhh, don't tell anyone, but I'm happy 😊

    Put away two trees and almost all of the Christmas decorations... inside, not out 

    I'm trying to decide if I want to keep the pink tree up....I think I do but I'll redecorate it....I'm doing a rose gold theme, I have most of the stuff because that's what I did dd's 21 bday with. 

    Want to get a new dress too....but I refuse to compete w/ the young ladies that are coming, lol....so I might just do basic black. 

    Lots to plan!!

    Enjoyed a lovely visit with my Dd's bestie 💞 

    Plan to do some cleaning, the kitchen, trash, other stuff 

    It's been a wonderful holiday 

    Now I'm going to plan for a fancy new year's eve party! I was able to convince my daughter's friends to not go to the big city for New Year's eve, so they're all going to come to my house and everybody's going to dress up and we'll have like a nightclub evening

    Stayed up late eating mini chocolate chip cookies 😋 it was Lovely and I read my book. 

    Zoom therapy 

    Dh braving the grocer for me 💞

    Some spot cleaning tomorrow , luckily I've been staying on track in spite of my messy fam 

    BAKe 

    Bring down gifts 

    Walk 

    Shower/wash hair 

    Finish some organizing 

    Pay bills

    Cleaned the kitchen 

    Delivered stuff to most of the neighbors, have 2 left 

    Defrosting meat for tacos 

    Cleaned off kitchen table , found a place for all of youngest stuff 

    Trying to decide what tablecloth to put on, my table is really large and I'm going to have to use two LOL

    So far today I have: ate 3 small pieces of licorice, a small bowl of potato chips, the rest of my dark chocolate chips, three small baked potato skins w/cheese and bacon, and a small piece of french bread. Now I'm ready for a nap. Sigh. I never eat during the day like this.

    I'm hosting Christmas Eve....mostly everyone coming has been vaccinated except one middle schooler, and my oldest and his wife.... unless they did it and didn't tell us...He must wear a mask at work because he deals w/the public. 

    We're all screwed with the new variant anyways...I just hope the toddler doesn't get anything. We *think* I might have gotten it based on my symptoms but I had no fever, but definitely had the congestion, sore throat and I was exhausted. I slept for like three days straight.
