    Wow. That's crazy expensive! Our studio charges per hour per FAMILY, and it maxes out at $200/month/family. Not bad since I have 3 girls in dance. :)

    Not a diabetic, but I am a pharmacist. Your insulin levels are DEFINITELY affected by what you eat. When you eat foods that are sugary or full of carbs, your blood sugar spikes, and then your insulin levels go up. Lots of good info here: http://www.diabetes.org/

    I use regular milk and just keep straining til it's as thick as I want it. You can even make yogurt "cheese" that way. :)

    I have Merrill barefoot running shoes and have flat feet. I LOVE these shoes. They are SO comfy!
