  1. :iagree: On a side note, My 11yo niece moved this past school year and decided she wanted to be called Leah so she told everyone that's what her nick-name was (she goes to PS). She didn't tell my SIL though and she didn't find out until the parent teacher conference when the teacher kept calling her Leah, my SIL thought she was talking about someone else.
  2. 4th grade: Queens A Picture in Cursive Writing Tales (especially if you're going more classical) Maybe a couple progeny press guides? I'd keep AAS but not wordly wise. 2nd grade: A Reason for Handwriting WWE 1 Just have her do silent reading everyday Same as 4th grader, I'd keep AAS not wordly wise. Together: The Sentence Family (grammar) and The Art Lab. I'd wait to do spanish for awhile.
  3. :iagree: He looks healthy and happy (adorable too!). I would try not to worry about it. :grouphug:
  4. That looks great, I've always turned away from text books.. but it looks like exactly what I want and need! Thanks!
  5. A virtual newspaper written by homeschooled teens would be awesome! We'd have to get a group going and then somehow they could all write their articles and put it on a website? I know the ps has an online newspaper, not exactly sure how it works. My dd14 would be extremely interested though!
  6. That is just insane, IMO. To throw away your whole marriage over something that happened before you were even together? What about your kids? How would it be your husband's fault if he didn't know he had a kid?
  7. Sonlight is out, it's just to much for us this year. The Genevieve Foster books might be too if I added some more books? I think I'm leaning towards The Story of Mankind.. so far. It looks easy enough to add other books without it being to much. Any other ideas welcome! :001_smile:
  8. I'll be shy of 40 when my oldest is 20 and 54 to the date when my youngest is 20. :001_smile:
